As the AEO receives many requests from students and advisors about internships and working holiday information, we have come up with a short but sweet page containing helpful information.

 

Internships

The AEO doesn't run internships (either in our office or in Australia), but have compiled a list of organizations that do. Usually these internships are for current college/university level students and the internships are unpaid and go for course credit. Other options may be available. Special Program Youth USA

Special Program Youth USA (formerly Working Holiday) Visas are available for persons between up to the age of 30. They are good for 4 months and allow people to travel to Australia and work/tourist during that time period. Only US passport holders are eligible for this program. The visas are not available through the Australian Consulates. The three organizations listed below are allowed to enroll people in these programs. For more information please contact:
