The course will deal with ways in which a number of special education needs are met in Australia, including education for gifted and physically and intellectually disadvantaged children, non-English speaking immigrants, children and adults living in remote and isolated communities, and indigenous people. This course will include two, five day practical placements with agencies involved in these fields of education.
