For Students who do not qualify for the E-Visas

This request form is ONLY to be used by US Citizens or by foreign nationals currently in the States on valid working, spouse or educational visas. If you are not a US citizen or are in the states on a visitor visa you CANNOT request a Student Visa Application from any other Australian Diplomatic Post other than the one in your home country.

The Type of program (Study Abroad, Undergraduate Degree, Masters, Phd, etc)

If you are not a US citizen, please state your nationality and the passport you intend to travel on

This information will be sent to the Australian Education Office then forwarded to the Embassy of Australia in Washington DC. All information must be filled out for the proper forms to be sent.
