If you are an institution or enrollment program, there is a$1.00 shipping charge per book for multiple copies. Invoices will be sent with the guide or if you would like to forward on a Federal Express or UPS shipping number, shipping costs will be billed back to you.
If you are a student, there is no charge for the guide.
